Hi Sherry, I love you and your projects! Thank you for all you do and share. I have created some of your bags along with a blog post giving you credit and links back to you and your videos. I hope you feel I gave you just credit. jnetsline.wordpress.com/2019/09/06/__trashed/ Jeanette

Jeanette Misaiko Hi Jeanette. Thank you very much for the attributes on your blog. I appreciate the steps you went through to credit. Going forward, please contact me prior to posting tutorials in any form that are original designs and original content from my channel. I’m flattered, but this is not a practice of which I approve. It’s been done several times in the past by others and unfortunately, in some cases I’ve had to resolve it through legal means. So to remain consistent and avoid any repeat of past situations, I don’t give permission for publication of my creations nor my spoken word for use on any other channel or blog. Thank you for your understanding. Sherry

The Posh Paper Lady oh Sherry - I’m so sorry! I thought I was spreading your wonderful product - I did not mean to steal anything or take credit in any way. I certainly will not do it again. Please forgive me. Would u like me to remove my post or is ok to leave? Thank you for your understanding. Jeanette

Jeanette Misaiko hi Jeanette, you don’t need to take it down, and I hope that my reply didn’t offend you. I can tell by the blog post that your intentions were very well meaning, but I have to be consistent with how I have handled the same with others. I have had a real problem with my designs and tutorials being used without my permission. Your attributes were spot on (had I given permission prior to the blog’s posting). It’s ok to do project shares, but I’m never ok with my designs and work being used as source material for another crafter or blogger. I really hope that you can understand where I am coming from. Like I said, I was flattered, but just can’t allow this to keep happening. Thank you.

The Posh Paper Lady No - I was not offended at all - I felt bad that I upset you. Thank you for being so kind & understanding. Have a wonderful day. 💜

I love all your videos!! So generous to share your knowledge, thank you! *When you chose your signature paper, black and white stripe do you worry they'll stop making it or you'd just find another color scheme? I wish you could teach classes where I live but I'm pretty sure most are thinking that to. I'm a beginner crafter and watched your price point video and truly appreciate the honesty about how important it is to put in the quality and "fine details" that we need to put into our project. I've watched a lot of videos on crafting and find the items are priced so low I don't know how they can make any money after the booth rentals, electrical cost (extra $25) & wifi added. Plus the fees for credit card chip readers. The calculations you gave in the video really helps out when I do price your items. My last question is ... why don't you have many more subscribers. You're the most thorough and to the point YTer out there and with the guidance you give in your videos I don't know how anyone can fail and or not know what to expect. Thank you for all your videos...love love love them1
@ThePoshPaperLady5 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your comment. I have loads of signature paper inventory stored🤣🤣. I agree that others crafters completely devalue the market with low prices that don’t represent our effort, skill and work. I’m hoping to change that! I’ve only been on since 10/18, so more growth will come...I have no doubt. Thank you again😀😀

Love your style! But you are right about finding paper that says “You”. I think your bags are very elegant but if I were branding me, these would not be my colors. Would have to look at a lot of papers to see what jumps out at me and cries “Sue, I’m you”, lol! Now I have to order key chains, sheesh!!

You are too funny Sue. I'm afraid the plaid paper would be jumping off the shelves into my basket. Something about the country look I love.

Hi Sherry it's me again! You are amazing but I have some request that maybe you can do them in your version. Are you ready for them - don't jump off your seat now, LOL! Here you go: A desk organizer, a small and large kleenex box cover holder, either a gift card holder or wallet to put in those fancy bags that you are making now. I love your style crafting because you make your tutorials easy to follow and because everything you do is with chipboard. And I just ordered a box of them and I want to start crafting your projects, but need to still order all those other accessories to make those bags. Pretty please, thank you!

Next level crafting for sure!!!!! These bags are so pretty. I remember seeing these bags at the craft show in Raleigh this year, however when I inquired where someone had gotten them, I was told they were sold out. (My friends and I had gotten there late) I will be at the same craft show in Charlotte next month, I’m hoping you will have a booth there as well. I will make sure we get there the first day and I am definitely going to make it to your booth so I can support you and your beautiful crafts.
