As always, thank you for your videos. I am always quite curious to see how others organize their scrap areas, as being more organized is one of my intentions this year. Granted, being a budget scrapper I cannot afford all of these lovely containers to help get organized but what your video did do is inspire/motivate me to clean out my scrap area, repurpose some small boxes in the house for organization & condense a lot of supplies as you have done with the stickers & chipboard. Thank You Heba! 💓👍

That makes me so happy Christine 🥰 I definitely didn’t buy all the container all at once it took me years to build my craft room and get it to what I want it to be. You can definitely use anything to organize your supplies. Please never feel like you need it all. Because it’s not about the stuff it’s really about creating and documenting our journey ♥️
@christinek60824 жыл бұрын
@@MyLittleJournal Absolutely Heba! I hope you didn't take my comment in somewhat of a negative light. I appreciate & understand that it takes a long time to build up a craft area such as this. When I lived in the US I actually had a craft room of sorts (unlike now in the UK/where living spaces are smaller) - not in the traditional sense but I did have nearly "all the stuff" and I find now it is better to have less. Having all the stuff is too overwhelming for me. Hence the reason I love your approach to creating & crafting. x

Oh not at all Christine ♥️ It’s hard sending messages with the right emotion but I didn’t take it in a negative way at all dear 😁 I lived in a small house back when we lived in Dubai and totally understand. It’s hard to grow your craft room in these small homes and spaces.

Beautiful craft room. Awesome storage containers. I just bought some of the clear acrylic drawers, etc. at HomeGoods for cheap. I’ve bought some great organization containers at Ross too. I do the same thing, putting tape across the top of stamp sets so I don’t loose the sheet. I was getting so tired of them coming off and not sticking. I’m in the process of redoing my craft room and I’m so overwhelmed. I just have too much stuff.

I LOVE your organization videos! I have a couple questions...1. I've looked at the Stamp Market dividers and they look like thick, thick plastic. You said you trimmed yours down for your 6x8 stamps. What did you use to trim them? I'm thinking about buying some, but I want to know I can modify them to fit what I need before I do. 2. I looked through your links & may have missed it, but what is the link to the Amazon version of the Totally Tiffany organizer that you use for your PL cards? I love your tape trick idea for the backing plastic sheet on the stamp sets. I can't tell you how many times I'm sliding my hand around my desk trying to find that backing plastic sheet! I enjoy organizing my scrapbook room as much as I enjoy creating. HA! Love all your videos, Heba! I always feel like I'm hanging out with a crafty friend!

Heba, you have a lot of stamps. I know a lot of that is because you are on design teams etc. I have quite a few stamps myself. I find that I hardly ever use my older stamp sets because I’m drawn to the newer ones. Are you the same way?
@MyLittleJournal3 жыл бұрын
I actually have a good amount of old stamps that are my go to stamps. Even when I get new ones I still tend to back to my old ones. But I recommend you move your old stamps to the front of your collection so you don't forget about them. Oh and I also do go through my stamps at least once or twice a year and purge anything that's not my style anymore or isn't working for me at the moment. Basically I try to keep the ones I love. I hope that helps 🥰

I have an important question for you. I bought an Elfa Craft or Hobby Station, for over $1,000. I haven't used it, and the mesh drawers are half the deep ones, and half the narrow ones. I have NO CLUE what to put inside the drawers or how to organize. The shelves on top can include your ideas. But what to put in drawers? Im a beginner. Sort of like journal making.
@MyLittleJournal3 жыл бұрын
Oh I’ve never heard of this I might have to look it up. I suggest for the smaller compartments you could probably store embellishments or even your extras. Like glue, staples things like that. I am not familiar with this station but if you DM me on Instagram with pictures I might be able to help you find solutions ♥️

I also have the Problem that I didn't use the materials I don't see. For Washi tape it is so space consuming to have them out, so I keep samples of ALL my tapes in a very small book. I just take it out when crafting and can flip through and use what I have. The rolls are stored in a box, and I only have to bring them out to refill my Washi book :).
