You are going to love the su cases. You can store your dies, masks and stamps in them and extra pieces.

I store my CTMH stamps in 7.5x4.3 photo storage boxes from Hobby Lobby (all the same color) with lids removed. The plastic stamp storage containers fit easily in width and extend a little over two inches above the top of the box which makes them easy to see and sort through. I cut 7x7"white cardstock pieces (with rounded corners) and small tabs stapled to the tops listing categories. I place one white piece at the front of each box and also between the stamps to separate the themes in each box. I also make pretty labels for the front of the boxes listing their contents and place a small white tab with a small attached heart (for CTMH) in the metal slot on the fronts of the boxes. They do look vey uniform and pretty. I have 12 boxes! My boxes are one deep on three open wall shelves or you can use a bookcase, which I use for my Stamping Up stamps.

My fingers are crossed that SU switches packaging! Those DVD cases take up way too much space. I switched mine to Avery Elle stamp pockets a couple of years ago and it took up less than half the space. I store dies on a magnetic sheet in same envelope. Loved the CTMH packaging so much!!!

This is how I’ve been storing my stamps for the last several years. My husband came up with the genius idea to get foam board from the dollar store and he cut it to length and took it almost all the way up and those sit in between my stamps as dividers. They are perfect. My stamps hold them in place so no need to attach them to anything. I turned 2 of them sideways and bought one of the larger table tops and this is a second desk for me. I absolutely love it! It sits in the middle of my room.

Those cube organizers seem like a good idea but it always ends up that there’s wasted space. I still have cube storage under my craft table and I found if I use the small plastic organizers with three drawers that I can put smaller things in them. There’s a couple of inches on top and I usually put 6x6 or 8x8 pads of paper there. I’m looking forward to seeing what you end up doing with paper!

I sure would like to see Stampin Up bring these storage case back. Close To My Hert has always had the best storage bins, love them they are great! I did mange to get a few but would love more. 😄

I think Stampin Up would have to change their stamp cases to use the ctmh style bins because they are so bulky you can’t fit many sets in the bins. I’ve loved these organizers for a long time but I am a huge fan of how compact and easy the drawers are now. No lids to open!

I’ve been with Stampin up for years and LOVE the DVD cases. You can just look at the label and see what’s in the cases, they stack flat or upright and are the best. In fact I have ordered online 2 cases of 50 DVD cases and I keep my die cuts in them, my bling is all sorted in those cases, they are great.

It is nice to see the label on the outside of the case. They are just a bit bulky so I will probably need to get a bookcase or something to store them.

Stampin up should put there photopolymer stamp like ctmh can store a lot more of stamp in your space! The SU cases take up a lot of space

You could use those little divider pieces across the back so you wouldn’t have to struggle with the sets of stamps that are hard to reach because the drawer doesn’t open all the way.

LOVE your organizational videos! I just decluttered my craft room. I am blessed to have a wonderful room in my backyard but unfortunately I'm super messy so it was not that pretty anymore. But I'm glad I was able to get it done! Love your organization idea with the drawers. I got kitchen drawers which are great because they open all the way. In my old craft room I had Malms as well and it worked, but the kitchen drawers are simply perfect (I also store all my cardstock in those drawers, which is great so they don't fade).

There’s always chaos before the calm when you’re trying to clean up or organize something! The drawers worked out great for your CTMH stamps. SU stamps are harder to store I find. I take the photopolymer stamps out of the cases and put them into Avery Elle storage pockets. If there are matching dies, they will fit in the pocket with a magnet sheet, as long as there aren’t too many. The cling stamps don’t really work with this system. I store the pockets in fridge bins. My biggest issue is that I have to store my cling and wood mount stamps separately from the clear stamps. I’m kind of over trying to figure out a good solution for stamp storage and I’m tired of buying furniture to fit my supplies. I can’t wait to see how you organize your paper. You should check out all the KZbin videos on unmounting wood stamps! Saves a ton of space and enabled me to store them in categories with my other stamps.

@@longlivedemocracy756 I don’t mind my wood stamps; they work well. It’s the dvd cases for the cling stamps that don’t fit into my system. I’m probably just going to find similar stamps from other companies and get rid of my SU stamps.

It’s hard when all the supplies don’t fit into the same system. That’s one of the reasons I’m planning to purge most of my non-ctmh/SU stamps because they just don’t fit. I hope you find a good solution for yours!

I don't have this many stamps but my craft room definitely needs a bit of a storage overhaul. I do like the ideas of storing the stamps in a drawer. Not sure about getting the drawer dividers here in New Zealand but will have a look. Thanks for sharing! I've added this to my list of re-organization ideas.

Looks wonderful I'm going from a whole room to half of a bedroom. I have thousands of stamps but a lot of mine are magnolia and other doll like stamps as well as one full case of close to my heart sentiments. I have the closet full of nothing but stamps

The organizers are great for storage but aren’t the most efficient when using Kallax shelves.

If you get a chance to come to the U.S. maybe you can invest in the Stamp & Storage systems. Actually a small IKEA book case holds Stampin Up stamps very well & the wide Alex drawers will be perfect for your other stuff. Good luck purging.

I’ve been looking at bookcase options for my SU sets. I’m off to a fast start collecting them, so I need to find a solution asap! I’ve seen Stamp & Storage has some nice options, I haven’t looked at shipping prices though!

Yes all 8 boxes fit inside except for the few stamp sets I have from other companies. I have room for a few more ctmh sets too, the drawers are not packed full!

I only have Stamping Up stamps and those cases take up too much room for me, so I bought plastic envelopes to store mine in and it saves a lot of space as I live in an apartment and don't have a lot of storage room.

@@DodiePajer do you mean the plastic envelopes my stamps are in? Those are from Close To My Heart. That's how they sold their stamps, which was such a good style of packaging. They measure 6.5" x 6.5". I have other plastic pockets that are thinner that I store my dies in and I got those from Amazon. You can find a variety of styles and sizes on Amazon. What app do you use to keep track of your stamps?

The app is called Notebook. I switched over from Evernote when they started charging for anything over 50 entries. Notebook works pretty well and it’s free.

Two things, Chelsey Vorosmarty first and most important when I tried to like your video it registered as a dislike. I wanted to let you know in case this was happening to other people as well. It could be pretty discouraging to get a ton on dislikes, I would imagine. Second, could you tell me how wide your dressers are that you are using and how many stamps you got in 1 row? I'm thinking of changing mine up as well and wanted to see if that would be a good option for me. Thanks so much for the idea.

Warning about Alex drawers: they don't open all the way. They stop at almost 3/4. This is a big problem for the drawers I have paints and things in. If I had known, I wouldn’t have bought Ikea products. Good luck.

Yes that is the biggest draw back to ikea drawers. Another viewer commented there is a hack to get around this, but I haven’t looked into it yet. For me I usually put smaller supplies in low baskets inside the drawers so I can easily slide the basket out in case I need to reach something at the back. It has worked pretty well with the Alex drawers.
