OMG, I am absolutely in love with the junk journal idea for your children's school things. Don't feel bad. I keep very good grades, art projects, things they should be proud of , and practically everything they do in school. I may just borrow this idea but do one every year for them. Or maybe one for Elementary, Middle, and High school for them. I want them to be able to have things they did in school to show their children and grandchildren. My mom kept some things, not as much as I am, for me but I ended up losing them in a house fire when my children were very young. So they never got to see my things. The house fire was a total loss except for one fireproof box that I had in my bedroom. Since then I have realized that the things that you can never replace mean the most and that memories mean more than everything. So now I try to make memories above everything else. My children craft with me almost daily so they will have a say in their books. I'm sure they will be excited to make them. Thank you so much for the idea. Your craft room is awesome btw. Thank you for sharing.

If you put your paper sideways, it wont bend. Reason being is because you have the top where its glued (a sturdy robust edge) on the side for support. I hope that makes sense

Laces And ribbons right now I store my Bombay and India inks, and ephemera packs that I haven’t opened or sorted. I also store a lot of my smaller vintage ephemera is them too. I saw your trim video 😍 I don’t have that many small ones to do that with so it wouldn’t work out too well for me lol.

I turned 57 today and it was my 2nd birthday without my parents so I was a little depressed. When you showed the vintage embellishment box and pulled out that earring I was brought back to being a little girl sitting on my Mom 's bed rummaging through her jewelry box. She hated pierced ears so she had the clip ons. Love your drawers and everything in them. Peter swap ey? Lol lol 😅

Wow, you have some incredibly beautiful things in your room. I love the whole vintage, shabby chic type vibe, from the gorgeous white drawers, with the decorative wooden trim around the edges, through all of the beautifully decorated projects & especially that cream & floral bag. I fell in love with it at first sight. I have had a craft room full of plastic drawers for storage for the past 5 years & they really are useful, (until the weight makes them hard to open), but they have no “panache”. I am finally getting some wooden storage as my birthday gift from my hubby, so I packed up my room to rearrange it & I will be taking inspiration from your room tour for decorating it with some style. Listening to you, I get the feeling you are a very genuine person. Thanks for sharing your beautiful room. I enjoyed it very much.

I enjoyed your room tour, more because of what you said than anything else. You have a great sense of humor, and no, you're not the only one who makes stashes when crafting and then finds them later wondering...did I do this?? LOL. I did enjoy your craft room tour & it is beautiful, but was very disappointed when you didn't show the vintage items in the old trunk that you said had drawers on the reverse of the trunk, the 2 white or off white containers that I think you said had vintage ribbon & laces in them, plus other things that you skipped over, like your desk, otherwise it is a great video tour of your absolutely gorgeous craft room & please don't take offence to this because I am in no way being mean, ugly or disrespectful.
