I know this video is over a year old, but I've watched it before and it popped up in my feed so I watched again. I love your room. I love that you keep things real. I love that you buy a lot of your storage stuff from thrift stores and dollar stores. My creative space is in storage right now as my husband and I prepare to move to another state and of course, I've been watching craft room tours and missing my own creative space. When you said you didn't have space for your pegboard, i had an epiphany that pegboard could easily be converted into a hinged door for a bookshelf or cabinet to add extra storage on the outside while keeping the inside a little more dust-free. Bins could be placed on the inside or outside to organize as well, making the space more flexible. I thought this would be a fun idea to share with anyone looking to add even small pegboards and expanding existing storage without taking extra wall space ♥

I just stumbled on this post. I like how you think ... budget friendly purchases ... recycle and reuse ... I also love finding bargains that I can use in my craft room for storage. I also find embellishments at thrift stores. I only buy what I KNOW I will use. If they don't speak to me, I don't bring them into my hoard.

Those small, square things you love so much are laminate countertop samples. When I was a kitchen designer the countertop manufacturer would bring HUGE rings of samples by so we could have customers pick out their countertops to match their décor. There are so many things you could do with them!

I hung my pegboard on the side of my big desk for storing mats for my cutting machines, etc, rulers, and tools. It saved me a ton of wall space in my tiny craftroom *crossing my fingers and praying we find our forever home soon so I can breathe and spread out in my craftroom/office. This room turned out really amazing!! The baskets really made it feel more relaxing and balanced didn't they!! =) Great job

Only craftroom tour I have seen over the years that has the Zutter I do. Great minds =) Borrowing your idea for using the clear dollar tree container with lid to store my stuff inside under it. Oh and the texture boutique and folders etc that I can never find a place for * excellent idea gonna have to remember that when I get moved. I would love to see how you store your beauty products. Mine are all organized in my bdroom right now in a 4 cube tower from walmart with the 13x13 cube bins. I bought and put the Better Homes 16 cube one in storage so I can do what you did with all of those shoe organizers so clean lined on one wall. Now I know why I bought those silver two prong hooks at Dollar Tree ( to strap my camera and phone down to my desk in the back later (((thank you!!!))) Love your dream catcher!!

I cover my mat with the roll of clear sticky shelving so I don't get it dirty....I don't use a blade on it because I use a cutting board...keeps it really clean...Thank you for sharing this video...your room is amazing! 😍💜

In your book collection i saw a blue book with a head of a lady. I had one of those in the early 70's when i went to "Beauty School!!" Needless to say i was a beauty school dropout! LOL! I think I finally donated mine when we moved. This was before i started repurposing books into journals. Loved the memory. You are truly blessed to have such an awesome craft room. Love the creative thinking about storage. I would never have thought of shoe storage! A quick fyi about the dried arrangement in your brass planter. I think the green/purple clovers are actually hydrangeas. My niece has hydrandrangeas with pink blooms. At the end of the summer, they've turned green with purple tips.

The dream catcher was made with a rug my dog tore up spontaneously so I didn’t make a tutorial. I do have a different style tutorial making a law enforcement one for the hubby. 🖤 I think it’s in the diy playlist.

To clean your mats, try sweet orange oil. I use it to take off any glue left behind by sales tickets or any smootz. It's such amazing stuff. Use it with a magic eraser and you are golden!!!

im a known beaded tapestry artist and right now though organized i have utilized a walk in closet because it had amazing shelving system but i need light and windows i plan on making my bedroom into a bead studio eventually but organizing ive always had great ideas just need my dream room

Love your craftroom, it's so organized and with personality! I specially love the idea of the light box instead of curtains. I have the same problem, I feel like curtains dont belong in the place where the window is, but I like the outside light, so this would work great.

Those flowers that you called clover are hydrangeas. They are my favorite flower and grow in different colors ranging from white to green, pink to bluish purple depending on the acidity of the soil. You have done an amazing job organizing your craft room.

Thank you so much. I have been so busy in other aspect of life but I love that I can go in and play when I have time. I do have a lot of purging to do now that I have lived in the space and really know what I love. I’m thinking it will become vintage and slightly pink over all. Everything else will have to go. I was able to do about 14 giveaway envelopes so that was fun.

Thank you! It’s gone through a huge purge this year. I gifted so much supplies and stopped doing so much FRIENDMAIL. I am extremely grateful but it’s hard to keep up with so I gifted and donated a ton and kept only what speaks specifically to me. I am in love with my space now. I embraced my love of gray, vintage and natural elements. I may do an update. For the most part the foundation is the same. It’s just the product that has changed.

Hi, enjoying your channel. I always refer to myself as a Masonic all trades, master of none also. I'm in Uk and we have just moved house with a bit of land, my husband wants to build me a craft room away from the house, he is a neat freak, so my craft room drives him mad, even though it's never really untidy! If you don't mind could you tell me the rough size of your craft room, we are trying to get ideas of what I will need. If you don't want to say then no problem.
