I love seeing the mix of antique pieces and new items. Teapots and pitchers have lovely lines and soften the harshness of cubes. It tickled me to glimpse depression era refrigerator dishes, jars, and cookie boxes with spools of thread and buttons inside. All in all, a lovely marriage of old and new. I'm endeavoring to do some similar touches in my room. Many of my glass and pottery pieces are in my dining room and kitchen, though. Delightful!

Awe, thank you, Lynnea! Very sweet of you! I am a bit of a packrat. I think I just like a "cozy nest". I do think that so many of the things of eras gone by had so much character & beauty, even utilitarian things. I would love to see your work room/ studio. Perhaps email me some pictures? 💙

i love your room it has so much character i love seeing other rooms as i make my room its tiny but its mine and watching these videos gives me so much inspiration for how i want mine and how i dont want it i know i dont want all white thats too over done i went with black furniture and pink accents i got a hand painted dresser and built my room around it as its the most fabulous piece i own
