Absolutely gorgeous lady. It is so refreshing to see a craft room that represents an adult space. Most other craft rooms have a juvenile flare with those god awful acrylic yarns for babies, toddlers, and children. All messy and bright.

I need a huge space for all of my crafts and supplies. Then I got married and he came with more stuff...lol. But he did make me a beautiful crafting table, and cut a stool down to fit it. And he just smiles at my dolls and endless projects... Ahh, so much to do. Thank you for sharing your space with us. It's always fun to see how others organize their crafting spaces.

I had to downsize from a farmhouse with a huge quilt studio to storing things in a bedroom and builtin cupboards in the living room. Just haven't found my way yet. Too busy crafting instead. Ahhh so tidy!! I try but… 😂😂🙄 I too have some of those old steel tiny crochet hooks that are family heirlooms - very useful for beading or pulling snags through on clothes too. I love that Lace and Fade Boxy ❤❤😊

What a lovely room. I absolutely loved your storage furniture and boxes. I now have a glass conservatory where I have my sewing area and storage but it’s absolutely freezing out there in the winter as no insulation as all glass. Will be putting in air con for the summer! Definitely. Love the idea of the curtains for the glass cupboards. Will have a look at doing one for my cabinet in the sitting room. You are so organised and have definitely inspired me to do the same. Will see if IKEA have anything similar to those boxes you have as I know you said they don’t make them now. Always the way! I’m now off to go down the rabbit hole that is the IKEA website. Thank you for the tour. Love to Berts. Lesley x.

This was such a delight Sandra! And that boxy jumper looks so lovely on you! I can't wait to have amenities like water and a fridge or some kind of food storage in my studio. Your boxes are absolutely brilliant and yicue organized everything to perfection my friend! For some bizarre reason that type of box is so difficult to find where we live and what you do find is so expensive it just can't be right. When I was living in New Zealand those boxes were just the easier thing to get at most big stores and even thrift stores. I got a real sense for the space you podcast from Sandra and thank you so much for taking time to take us through your sweet space. It's really very You if that means anything. 😄❤️❤️

Thank you so much! Ha ha, yes me and my husband have often joked about having more 'comfort' facilities up there! Sometimes it's a terrible commute back to the house, rainy days and so on. 😂 It is very easy to loose track of time when I'm pottering away up there for sure, especially on sewing days. It's not usually long before someone comes to visit though. Although with my daughter off to uni soon, I will probably start to miss the interruptions! Thank you for watching lovely Daki! ❤️❤️

Hi Thanks for the craft room tour. I seem to organise the same way except I have more weaving wool - spinning felting yarn so for the Moth issue I have lavender sprinkled on out & inside of window openings & from Amazon I have used Pestigo moth trap cards which fold into tent shape and during the course of a summer with open windows I have moths lured and trapped the devils. The kind of chair gamers use are excellent for crochet/ embroidery/ sewing. Its first on my wishlist. The armrest and wheels make it easy to move into best light for craft in question. Also you can put a armrest table on it for sorting things.

BEAUTIFUL CRAFT ROOM! Love how you've displayed all of the yarn colors! So pretty & organized!! You can use the small clear hair bans on your yarn balls and they will not come undone. They are very cheap, here in USA, they come 100 or more in bags. TFS - Crafty Hugs, Christal from Texas.
