Okay nevermind I answered my own question. You need to have upgraded version of Silhouette Studio for that feature. I actually have the cameo pro and just needed to add my key to my studio space and then boom...puzzle tool was there. If you are new to Silhouette you cannot use this tool on the free basic studio. You either need to upgrade OR you can download a puzzle template in the Silhouette shop or on creative fabrica if you are a member. Again, loving your tutorials here.

I was gifted a Silhouette by my husband and am loving it. Hated my cricut so much. Loving all your tutorials (binge watching LOL). I don't have that tool option, how do you get the puzzle tool? Mine does not have anything past the stipple tool. Thanks in advance for answering and I'm LOVING silhouette's design space.

@@marlettamcclain1950 I'm sorry. So many people are having issues right now. I know that Silhouette is working on a fix, but I sure hope they are hearing their customer's concerns. They could improve the user experience greatly if they would only bring back the chat feature on the website.

@@silhouettesuccess I agree. The fix would be to provide actual customer service. Even emails to them go unanswered for days and when you do get an answer it’s like they haven’t bothered to read the original email. Cricut isn’t any better, either.

@@marlettamcclain1950 I'm pretty sure they are completely swamped between all of the new users and the Sonoma glitch on top of that, but yes. Having good customer service is one of the best ways to stand out above the crowd. I run an xtool laser as well. Same customer service model. I think it's just the norm now in the crafting industry.

I love it! It's a little bit quieter than the 4, the rollers are a lot sturdier, and the new power tools are super cool!

It will not. The Cameo 4 Pro design is still relatively new, and they decided not to revamp that one.

Silhouette Success this is not your fault! This isn’t your fault Come on silhouette SOLVE your problems with Mac’s os Sonoma. Absolutely NOT useable for your new machines. Honor your customer’s that use Mac latest os. I will be asking for full refund for both machines and accessories if issues with MacBook Air m1 Sonoma

So many users are feeling this frustration right now. Is there any way you can roll back your Mac Os until this is fixed? I've heard of other users going that route, but I run windows, so I can't test it out. I know they are working on it, but I haven't heard of a release date yet. 😭

@@silhouettesuccess I have no idea how to go about rolling mac os back. Kind of new to Mac. Got it so I wouldn’t have issues like this. 🙃. Have extremely old pc on its last leg. Trying to get away from lousy CS, iffy software. I thought silhouette was better option. Too much money in machines that really can’t be used to their full potential. So disheartening. Thank you for your time.

Amazing Did you print on the magnetic ? Can I print on photo and then stick it on the magnetic and cut it?

@mayanbarda these sheets are made to be printed on! So much fun. You probably could print it on paper and stick it to the magnet, but it's not necessary.
