Crafting a Luxury Dad Wallet
For the longest time we couldn't seem to design a trifold wallet we liked. The "dad" wallet as it's known always came out too bulky and not super functional - until now! We've finally figured out a nice functional trifold wallet design, so we made one out of beautiful pebbled Italian veg tanned leather. It's hand sewn with a saddle stitch, and finished with bee's wax :)

Corter Leather, you make everything seem so easy 😀I often see you glueing 2 layers together. How long do you let it dry for because everytime I try this the interior layer crinkles when I fold it...

if you're using contact cement you want it to dry completely to the touch, then stick it and press it (we use two granite blocks). Crinkling does happen sometimes depending on the leather, usually if that's the case you want the piece bending inwards to be thinner or you can glue it over a curve and glue the bend into the piece from the start
