Jennifer Wallace Fields of Lit Deer Studio and cohost of No Bad Art is often inspired by nature, folklore and Appalachian craft. With a reverence for handmade items and nostalgia, she rescues found objects from thrift stores to incorporate into her clay sculptures. In her own words, her artistic practice “is a process of emotional archeology.”
