Thank you, Delonda, you are wonderful. I have a 15000; what do I need to watch for in order not to break it? If you don't mind sharing. I use a 16550 daily with the required ink all day; however, I have to do a nozzle check, head cleaning twice a year, and swap out the maintenance box once a year. I don't use my 15000 often enough anymore. I haven't used it for about a year now because I have heard too many head cleaning will damage my printer, so I now use Siser Easy Color.

Hi there, no special app is required. It's best to print at least once a week.

Believe it or not you can turn the printer upside down gently over a sink with plastic bowl or something where you can throw the ink out in the trash you can drain those printers if you accidentally put the wrong in can be sure to use a tupperware that you can throw away or a plastic bag and pour the ink in it gently tilt the printer over a sink or have someone do it outside
