Decided to make the switch from FL,as it is not that good for audio editing and mixing. Thank you for the video. Straight to the point and easy to understand.

and thanks your doing an amazing job I watch a lot of videos on KZbin but with your I get simple as that

Hi, I've just subscribed to your channel... just what I need to get started,'... I came across your studio one vid on KZbin and found it easy to listen and follow... I wish all similar tuts had that step by step approach... I have studio one pro on my windows pc... and my interface is the XR18 which the software recognises the 18 channels... I created a vocal track, chose the ins in option but the problem is I don't see where my mains out is for the mains out on the XR18... I'm trying to setup my studio one Pro3 with my XR18 as the interface so I have a query on the options/ins/outs .... Studio one recognises all 18 channels in the options ins/outs But on my xr18 there already exists a "mains out" which is separate from the 18 ins/outs ... so no need fir me to use any of the 18 outs .. I don't see a "mains out" for the mains out of the xr18 in the software.... how do I assign the mains outs as the mains out or do I have to use one of my 18 channels as out? If so, then what is the purpose of the "mains out" on the XR18 ?? Many thanks Anthony

The main channel is always docked to the right, is it possible to dock other channels? Thank you!

top ten records I need some advice on gain staging when exporting from maschine to daw for mixing
@Craftmaster36 жыл бұрын
Just turn your sounds down until the master volume is hitting 3/4 of the way or less, then increase the gain of your tracks if needed inside the daw.

So on your previous video you talked me into buying !llmind Drum broker samples,I've bought and downloaded them all.. Problem is they're sorta a pain in the ass to get to,I have em under files~Soundsets~Pick how i want.. Is there a better way to put them in with all my other sounds on Studio One? Can't seem to open file location,or rather even find that folder. Thanks man
@Craftmaster36 жыл бұрын
yeah in the studio one browsers right click on the folder and select "new tab from here"

Your knowledge is appreciated man 🙏🏾 Can you make a video for a mixing template ? I make beats on other DAW's sometimes and would like a quick way to bring it over to S1 and mix it there. Peace & Love

do you get free updates when you purchase studio one?
@Craftmaster38 жыл бұрын
the maintence updates are free and the .1 .2 .3 ect updates are free. But when they do big changes like from version 2 to version 3 there is a fee. Its not like FL where they just add little things here and there. When they do something like from 2 to 3 they completely re code the daw

Nice Video man! I've been following you for some time now,and I love your tutorials. I was wondering if you could do a tutorial on Melda Productions "MRythmizer" and show us how to use the automation,as the plugin is like Gross Beat. I saw on of the recent one's where you did similar vst's yet this one was left out. Thanks,and KEEP up the great work bruh
@Craftmaster38 жыл бұрын
ill check that plug in out...If i can convince them to give me an NFR license I will surely post a video
@nandalal1087 жыл бұрын
Gross beat is handy for someone who wants effects who has limited knowledge of how to set it up. Like for instance, Trance 4 gives that trancy clipping bit instantly, or for side chaining, its all instant. Unlike some DAWs where you have to know all this. I still have not got used to it in two years but its a quick way to learn a lot of complex things. Now to get into the Presonus One 3.5 learning curve.

Can we get a video on studio mobile192
@Craftmaster36 жыл бұрын
derrick chapman honestly I don’t think I’d do a good job on that Bro. Marcus from Studio One Expert has a GREAT series on it sponsored by Presonus. It’s actually how I learned to use it.
