The IPO price looks high. The future of ICE and transmission assembly is bleak with the advent of EVs. I think the Directors want to unlock the money before it is too late. The auto industry is moving towards battery and electronic controls. Craftsman's main business is auto parts which will start losing relevance in a couple of years. The company may be good but technology is shifting. What is their plans?
