Do you have recommendations for quality builders that come in at the mid-to-high (not too high) range? This awesome design (or something similar) would look stunning there, almost as if this video were taken from there ❤

I know it may be difficult to do but do you make any similar styles (the Mitchell and Sarafine) in a one story with a bonus room. These are absolutely stunning. This Mitchell plan looks modified from the original plan. Is the modified version available for purchase? Where can we tour some of these floor plans in-person?
