The foyer opens to a glorious great room with a coffered ceiling, built-in shelves, and a fireplace. For those that love to entertain, a formal dining room serves every dinner party need and a spacious breakfast nook provides a place for casual meals. The gourmet kitchen offers an island with prep-sink, allowing ample workspace for multiple cooks in the kitchen. I know it may be difficult to do but do you make any similar styles (the Mitchell and Sarafine) in a one story with a bonus room. These are absolutely stunning. This Mitchell plan looks modified from the original plan. Is the modified version available for purchase? Where can we tour some of these floor plans in-person?
