Do you produce all your own music, or is it someone else work? The song played with the nurgle Daemons is perfect for them, with the hacking coughing fitting them so well with the deep synth. Spoiler warning for the match: I think the general sense of frustration over the match coupled with the ultimate outcome is fairly representative of the idea that in these kinds of aggressively-minded skirmish games, playing defensively is just losing slower. Vic was annoyed at feeling unable to do anything, but still ultimately won because there was just too much shooting on the board, which feels like crap for Brad. To play "internet armchair general" for a minute: Brad hung back and tried to hide from a ranged team with access to elevation and heavy weapons. I could be horrifically mistaken at the odds here, but I feel like Disgustingly Resilient could've allowed some plaguebearers to charge up the table and rip through the Aeldari up-close-and-personal style, while a few others hold on to objectives. Cover is great, but I think the promise of cover and central objectives was a bit of a trap for Brad. Every team needs to kill stuff, so Nurgle needs to get in there and use that resilience to hold on long enough to clear the board at least a bit. I'm an Aeldari player in both KT and 9th so take my impression with a grain of salt, but that's my take. I'd note that a bit more mid-table heavy cover would've also forced the Aeldari to move up more. I'm not sure if that would've made it more fair, or if it would've just completely screwed over the range team. It's an incredibly tricky balance. Nurgle could also be absolutely terrible, rules-wise. It's a GW game so that excuse frequently holds water. Great battle report, guys!

here's a quick question on rules that o can't seem to find an answer to. can you Dash and shoot in the same turn if a weapon has the Heavy property? I have an AdMech Killteam made up of rangers, so it would be good to know.

Yes! The rules state you can't Charge, Fall Back, or Normal Move - but they don't mention Dash.

I don't think so! The rules are written in a weird, and confusing way though. "At the end of the second and third Initiative phases, starting with the player who has initiative, each player removes one objective marker that is closest to their drop zone."

Great question! We measure everything out and get all the arguments out of the way off camera and then film the shot.

Love the reports except this part, it seems to me like you teleport your models like the all have fly. At 7min7sec the guadian moves like 8" horizontal and 4" vertically in one move. I understand that the game would be slower but you can't move so far. Directly after that a plaugebearer seems to ignore the light cover while moving up to the next cover. Do you houserule that traversable is free? Otherwise the model would move maximum 3" after the traverse if you used the flute. I'm not trying to be rude, I just find that when I play it feels like climbing / traversing eats up all the movement, especially on 4" move models.
