I think he was underrated bc his Slicker Than Your Average album wasn’t a huge hit like his first album. His second album is so ahead of its time and it’s such a good album that is underrated. Also I think he picked the wrong leading single “What’s Your Flava”. “Personal” is a phenomenal single that should have been a huge hit.
