@@kbuitienthinh I forget which ufc, but I think Jon Jones did this in one fight and some people were upset about it because if you do it quickly you have potential to break their arm and there's basically nothing they can do. Shinya Aoki did this once too I believe. Basically, when you whizzer below the elbow and turn your body quickly, it hyperextends their arm. If you whizzer above the elbow, it's great control and you can do lots of different throws with that control without potentially hurting their arm.
