@molnoob34514 ай бұрын
Side on body angle + lat engagement are most important. I prefer grabbing my own foot with it Dorsey flexed like how Craig Jones does it because it allows me to keep side on and get a decent squeeze

@@ramonveltmeijer9961 Yeah check out the ruotolo bros buggy choke vid (2nd half) they talk about doing a side-ways crunch. Depending on your body type you might prefer either triangle-ing your legs or just grabbing your own foot. Spend like a month or two giving white and blue belts side-control and practice catching them with it.

So many people commenting criticising the training partners for trying too hard or whatever. I didn’t see anyone doing anything ‘wrong’. I can find jiu jitsu to be a bit of a minefield of virtue signalling when it comes to guys who just like to flow roll all the time (which is fine) but who are also snide or critical of anyone who spars with a bit of intensity. I’m pretty sure Craig can obviously handle a hobbyist coming after him a bit. I dono flow rolling is fun but sometimes it’s informative to roll with some intensity isn’t it?
@bangtaomuaythaimma28 күн бұрын
Well said sir
@koirrah59864 ай бұрын
I kind of understand Craig's statement about the best graplers being authistic. Craig is creative, fun and goes with a flow. But being the best one needs to drill the basics and own strenghts over and over again. Dull grind vs fun flow.
