If any area bothers you that's the area you should delve into until that mindset changes. In Craigs case if its your strong suit 💪 there's nothing wrong in doing that. Most definitely it sucks when competing and your opp strength is your one weakness/vulnerability, or his strength is better than your strength in that area. It seems Craig has no problems repeatedly getting to the leg entanglements. Personally for me that would definitely suck trying to play top game with his ass all up under me every single moment of a match. I feel for that guy. That said if you are gonna compete these days and you're as good as that very young 20 yr old, well, you end up facing Craig Jones. That said if you beat Craig on that world stage - woe what an incredible 👏 moment that would be for anyone. Let alone a young 20 yr old talent. The blow up would be a crazy whirlwind for anyone beating Craig, but even more so if it was one of these young bucks coming up. This was definitely an experience thats gonna help him get to that next level in his personal development. It's a win win even in this loss id hope. Ill be looking into this young guy now and see what his future holds. Heck now I got like whatd they say 20 matches this last yr to go see. This game has blown up since the 90's to a level we used to dream of back in my day. The digital will be the end of our freedoms at some point but man we get to see everything going on now a days. Its awesome but a dble edge sword. Let's enjoy everything while we can. This gen has no idea of how spoiled they are from just a short time ago. This last decade has been the most AWESOME TIMES for combat sports!!! Let's enjoy this while we can to the fullest. Troubling times are ahead.

Same game as always. No Brazilian JiuJitsu Development. They just want to win. They don’t want to be better. That is a shame. Sticking to one game for the rest of your JiuJitsu life just proves how week your JiuJitsu is. One people are able to defend from that with new techniques, they will have nothing to offer anymore. It happened many times already. And it will keep happening. I miss good fighter like Rickson or Roger. Adaptive game. Progression. Self defence. Never just about winning. Thats why they will be forgotten like an old picture.
