What is REALLY interesting that there are teachers who are trying to teach their children simple conversational responses in a relationship. This is really indicative of the lack of relationship abilities to communicate. No practice in learning how to get along, listen to others, accept the reasonable differences of others, and still have a civil relationship, learning how to share ideas in an understanding way, giving others “room” to live their lives, unless they are trying to control people, manipulate people, toward destructive ideas, that take life, and our freedoms away. We each have a “gift” from God and in the church, it is given “for the common good”. Christians who have integrity, and care about their neighbors, can and should influence life for GOOD.😊

I want to be a working genius. I want the power to change! Great podcast Craig. I lead the training department for the City of Albuquerque and we are experiencing a huge downturn since working from home started and ended. People don't want to come back to work, and when they do, they have lost their basic civility in meetings, on the worksite, and in the office. City government is a transactional workplace and it has never been so obvious as it is in this post covid world. I conduct a training where we inspire and teach city employees to approach their jobs with an entrepreneurial mindset, and it has helped immensely in shifting the focus of who's responsibility it is to solve problems and create a dynamic workforce. Thanks for having Pat on. This will be a great addition to the MBTI and other tools we use to inspire our employees to see their purpose and put it into action.

My working Geniuses are Wonder and Invention. Essentially, I could sit in a room for 8 hours a day and have people bring me problems and I would give ideas on how to solve them. Since Tenacity is my lowest working frustration I obviously dont want to be the one doing the work to fix the thing. Just come up with the idea. 😉

This exodus from the office is about more than comfort and convenience. Especially for women, we want to be there with our families. Commutes and offices steal more than our time. It depletes our energy, expending it on work and stealing from the people we love most. Lots of us love a hybrid with 75-80% of time remote work so our families no longer need to subsist on our leftovers.
@WideAwakeHuman
@WideAwakeHuman 7 ай бұрын
Yeah exactly - people want to be home “with their families” during the work day also not just during a commute. Which is why remote employees are typically half as productive as in office employees depending on the work obviously
