Sick play through! As far as your back and bum hurting it’s probably due to your throne tucking your tail bone in and rounding off your back. I had the same problem until I got the spinal glide drum throne. The gap in the middle of the throne let’s your tailbone rest untucked so it takes the pressure of your bum and back.. it’s worth a shot 🤷🏽‍♂️

What is the difference between a flail and a Morning Star? A morningstar is a mace that has spikes instead of flanges. A flail has a length of chain with one (or more) balls on the end.
