-6° right now in Kansas! I'm by the fire! I've learned to listen to my body more in the last few months. In August, I found out that I had cancer--a tumor in my colon, which they removed. Now, I am going through chemo for any that might be hiding in my lymph nodes. Your videos keep me going!

Harry seems to have 2 servants to tend to his needs. Hope your lungs stop hurting. This morning when the temperature was about 5 degrees. And the snow was blowing sideways and the weather people were talking blizzard. I decided to go for a walk. I’ve never walked in a “blizzard’ before. I dressed well for the temperature and took off. After about a quarter of a mile my asthma decided that my lungs would kind of shut down. I forgot my inhalers also. I honestly was a bit worried if I would make it back home. But I did. Realizing I’m sort of stupid to have done that with weather this cold. It’s hard to admit the number of things I just can’t do anymore. Thank you for your encouragement to give everyone.

Watching those gulls reminded me of something I had almost forgotten. Many, many years ago, I worked near an inlet of the San Francisco Bay and I would go there on my lunch hour. I always took stale bread, which I would break into pieces and throw into the air. I was amazed by the number of gulls that would fly over my head and catch those bread pieces. Thanks for the trip down memory lane.

Lol you two people watching the atm reminds me of when my mom and I are waiting at my hospital and they have what we call a “hamster wheel” rotating door, some people get stuck, some go around twice, then some old person hits the “slow button” and it crawls at such a snails pace people don’t notice it when it happens and almost walk into the glass. It’s hilarious.

It is so ture that it's ok to let your body rest. I suffer from Fibromyaliga and Costochondritis two pain disorders. I have been doing yoga and dance like a manic. one time my son and i were eating our fast food in our car i put our fries on the dash board by the wind shield. a seagull flew on the window and kept pecking the window trying to get the fries...we finished up and threw the hard bits out the window and he was one happy bird....no other birds around.

Happy Sunday guys! We’ve just had a fruitless 20 minutes trying to make my Bluetooth sleep headphones work. I guess they couldn’t draw enough power from our PC tower, so I’ve plugged them into an old Apple USB phone charger overnight and Martin’s going to work his magic for me so that I can use them with my iPad overnight to listen to music without disturbing him. In other news, I’m having the Pfizer BioNTech vaccine at 9:30am tomorrow at one of the teaching hospitals in central London, so hopefully this Covid-19 nightmare will be over soon xxxxxxxxxxxx

My husband and I are retired and married 42 years in October. On Fridays we take our grandson to speech therapy and we pick up breakfast and park and watch people go and come from the gas station across the street. Could you share the bath wash, shampoo, hair conditioner (creme rinse) and lotion you use that is unscented with no chemical smells to it?? Also, the cleaning supplies you use if any that do not smell like chemicals, too. I've found shampoo, hair conditioner, dishes soap and laundry soap but still need the others. Thank you so much for all you share. It is informative and entertaining. I love you guys.

When my kids were little (they are now 33, 31, and 29) I would take them to McDonalds. We'd get extra French fries and go to the section of the parking lot where the gulls would be gathered. I'd throw the French fries on the roof of our van and we'd hear the gulls scuffling to get the fries. Silly but we got a kick out of it.
