Wow this is a new dip for me, I haven't seen something like this before. I love the fact there's cranberries...it's something I know is so healthy for us, but I never figure out how to eat them as they're so tart. I love your pink mixer!!! I need that!! It really is good! I needed to find some fresh cranberry recipes since I bought two bags last week before I realized my cranberry cookies only used 1/4 cup. 😆 You know how it is when you add sugar to berries. This batch was more sweet than spicy, which was delicious. I made a second batch with half the sugar and I tripled the jalapeños. It was also delicious, but much more spicy. I loved that variation. You know I like things spicy! Thanks for watching! 😘

Honestly, I would still make this dip. I’d just add the jalapeños to the cranberry sauce, reduce the sugar, and follow the rest of the recipe. It’s so delicious and easy. But if I had to make something else, I might swirl it into a coffee cake, add it to muffins with some orange zest and OJ, or glaze some Swedish meatballs with it. Meatballs are GREAT with cranberry sauce. Good luck and thanks so much for watching! 😀

This looks delicious! However, the list of ingredients calls for 1-1/4 cups of sugar but noted that you only used 1 cup of sugar in the video. Is their a reason why?

The original recipe I took this from used it all, but I made the change based on the taste. It was perfectly sweet using only one cup. I saw no need to include more sugar when it was perfect using less. My apologies for my initial response. I thought we were talking about a different recipe. Take care!
