Hello friends and welcome back to my KZbin channel!
Today we begin a new chapter dedicated to professional studio equipment. In this video we will talk about the ‪@cranborneaudio‬ Camden 500, a preamplifier that honestly impressed me a lot, and in a good way.
In this case I used it to warm up and give more body to my guitar bus.
The spectacular thing is that I worked in complete digital domain, running my DAW via Adat from my trusty ‪@AntelopeAudio‬ Orion Studio Synergy Core, which with its routing capabilities allowed me to send the digital signal to the Cranborne Audio 500 Adat, process the signal in the Camden 500 preamps and go back to my DAW always in the digital domain.
This routing allowed, in addition to very low latency, also to avoid unnecessary AD\DA conversions.
