The kitchen is looking great . Also my husband just got stung by a red wasp and it stung his finger and he's allergic so it swelled to his forearm. Thank God for benadryl . He said it was one of the worst stings he ever had. Sorry goose and Crandall.

Sorry about the wasps. If you spray them, it helps to wait til evening when most if not all are back in nest. Then you can get the majority of them. You are doing fantastic on the kitchen.

It’s crazy how different the colors were on that kitchen cabinet. Crandall is definitely awesome handyman! Doesn’t get better then that. I pray and hope one day I can find a handyman with a good heart like Crandall who can help me remodel. 😂 It’s definitely a blessing. You too are both awesome. Marcy and Crandal, I've had two labs who lived to ripe old ages. Our girl right is 14 1/2yrs. We had problems with her losing hair around her eyes and always having dietary issues. It was suggested to us that labs have a tendency to be sensitive to gluten. As soon as we changed her diet to gluten (wheat) free, her digestive issues went away. It's not hard to find grain free food. Just a thought, that's what worked for us.

Crandall and Marci your home is coming together nicely. My friend feeds her dogs raw chicken thighs. They do get some kibble but mostly it's a raw food she feeds them. Sorry that Crandall was stung. I'm highly allergic to the point that I have to have an epi pen to counter the sting. It's an immediate emergency room visit for me because I go into anaphylactic shock. I have hung up a wasp/hornet trap to help keep them from getting out of hand. I have four of them around the house and our outbuildings. Looking forward to the completed renovation project when your done. Maybe have Crandall make a shelf to hang on the side of the upper cabinet to put your soap bottle and scrub pads on? If Goose has a bug in his ear he may throw up if he gets dizzy from an inner ear disturbance. He may also walk strangely. He'll be tossing his head a lot or scratching his ear...

I have a dog that had that same issue. Vet gave him meds and medicated food . It took care of the problem. But there's only one dogfood he can eat without throwing up. Hopefully he gets better and thrives. God bless y'all.

Did you say bees strung Crandall. If so could it be possible they are honey bees, if so they might have a swarm in the roof area and that might be why they are attacking. They get very protective of their hives. your kitchen is beautiful. Great Job Crandall and Marci.

Marci, and Crandall next time you guys get attacked by any bee 🐝 stings take some ammonia on a cotton swab or pour it onto the spot to get the stinger out right away there will be no swelling and no pain ... yes you can put it on goose as well with a cotton swab. Keep plenty ammonia cleaner around. This is what we use in health care..

My niece is a dog groomer and one of her own dogs has a delicate digestive system so she gives him Kefir yogurt (about 6 to 8 oz on his food) with chicken and rice for a week will settle his digestive system.

Being a nurse always make sure you have Benadryl on hand for emergency situations. If someone looks like they're going to have an anaphylactic shock Benadryl sometimes can even stop it or make it so you have time to get to emergency room.

When you get stung, make a paste out of baking soda and water and put it on the spot where you got stung.

Our dog got bit by a wasp. Her whole eye swelled up. It was so scary at first. We laugh about it now. But we did a bendryl every 4hrs.Then chicken and rice for 24hrs. We also did a baking soda vinagar past on the bite. Hope Goose feels better soon❤

I had a chocolate lab. Labs are notorious for stomach issues. I always fed her boiled hamburger and rice when she had a flare up. Don't brown the burger. Break it up and boil it with the rice. I boiled one pound of burger with a cup of rice and started with 6 cups of water. Refrigerate it when done.

You may want to consider getting Guinea fowl for tick control. They are free rangers. We have 24 to cover our 10 acres. They eat mice deter snakes. LOVE THEM !

Throw a heap of camphor in the roof will help with bugs, bees etc. plus rats and mice hate the smell as well. You won’t be able to smell it. Just hang some up in a old stocking in various places. You can add a few moth balls as well

Next time Mix some meat tenderizer with some Vaseline And the sooner you can apply to any bug stink or ant bite it will help alot. The science of it is bee stings are protein based so the meat tenderizer breaks down protein, and the Vaseline helps to stick the meat tenderizer to the wound long enough to for it to work. Apply with band-aid Cigarette tobacco works to just moisten it with spit or water apply with band-aid to hold on

Bees and wasps are not the same animal. When you get stung out in the yard, grab a handful of mud and slap it on and let it dry. No mud, make a poultice of baking soda and water thin enough to stick and let it dry on the sting.

Sounds crazy but slice a raw onion in half and hold on the sting for ten minutes.. really takes the sting down.
