Hi Brandon! I've noticed that between 0:18 to 0:20 the vertical lines of all the windows are juddering quite unpleasantly. I'm also dealing a lot with this problem when I'm panning (especially when panning urban scenery with a lot of buildings and vertical lines in the shot). I've heard that IBIS can even make the pans worse. Do you have any advice on how you personally deal with this "panning judder/strobing" problem? Everybody's doing clips on the 180 degree shutter rule, but no one is really talking about this ever-present panning issue. Would be great if you could cover this. Thank you for the amazing work and knowledge that you are sharing. You've inspired me to start shooting and creating!

I am using the Panasonic LX100 with this gimbal and I am experiencing micro jitters and the camera seems to jitter/wobble on its axis. It is perfectly balanced. I always need to stabilise in post. May I ask you a question? Sometimes, according to the position or the angle of camera(say, RX100 VII), I cannot see the monitor, especially, for example, while moving the gimbal very low to high. You don't change the angle of monitor in the middle of doing so, right? The question is you're just filming based on your intuition in that case? I mean, you're filming like blind? I wonder what I should do when not able to see what I'm filming now with the gimbal.

Great work as usual. Your videos are a great way to see what a high skill level videographer can get out of each gimbal. I had two random distributors contact me about trying an M2, but those fell through. Might eventually check one out on my own dime. Seems a lot smaller and more functional than the original Crane-M that I have. Having the screen on the gimbal for changing settings would be really convenient. Not a fan of Zhiyun's app.

@pockettv0075 жыл бұрын

@christopherrodriguez1035 жыл бұрын
One thing to consider is the M2 weight limit is 1.58 lbs, and a a6400 + 16 mm is almost 1.80 lbs. Brandon’s combo of the a7iii + 10-18 mm is 1.92 lbs. I’d say it would definitely work but not too sure about the longevity of the motors.
