It's deliberate. The coverage is such that you MUST use THEIR Doctors, be preapproved for procedures, lose coverage if you're out of the area. If you're healthy and won't become ill, it's not a bad deal.

Hello, I am Martha’s grandson. Nana is suffering from dementia and somehow walked four hours thru Brooklyn and the Bronx and somehow stumbled into an audition for this commercial. I spoke with the casting director and she told me that after the taping (this is her audition) she wondered off and never picked up her paycheck. If you happen to see Martha, tell her that her acting is so bad that her family never wants to see her again. We also changed the locks on her apartment and have rented it to a nice drug addict. Farewell Nana.
