Wow, that is funny. I remember in one of the Crash 2 levels I was sooo mad that I couldn't find the gem so I decided to jump into a hole....... and the hole was the secret! My cousin had to help me with this level though.

At first, I was like: "Why the heck are there a bunch of nitros and one box in a dead end room? Moving on." However, after realizing that there were no other areas where a green gem could be, I was like: "Hold on a minute..." The ruins to replace the sewer walls were a nice touch.

@pwned9471 I'm not sure if you still got 78 boxes in this level, but it happen to me too. The box in the place with all those nitros where you get the green gem, there is a box with the nitros that doesn't explode with the nitros so you have to carefully just on that box without exploding.

i found that nitro room where green gem is hidden totally by accident O.o becouse it was quite suspicious to me

It is better to enter this level with aku aku mask you will take the two masks then will have aku invincibility so go the secret route and destroy every nitro boxes and enemies infront you then got the green gem and return to the main path without losing a life
