I’m pretty sure Crash will come into Smash at some point, but just because a game is released, it doesn’t mean he’s automatically confirmed to literally be the next fighter. Otherwise we would’ve gotten characters like Doomguy first and not Banjo & Kazooie, which by the way, still has literally no games on the Switch yet. If anything, I want characters actually related to Nintendo’s history such as Conker even more, but I digress...

Crash is turning 25 Activision says there is stuff planned for Crash all year The ports are releasing three months after Sephiroth and if memory serves correctly, Smash characters have released two to three months between each other. On top of that one of them is a Switch port. And, Hero, Byleth, Steve, and Sephiroth (also Joker to a somewhat extent) released with something in the present/future that was related to them (FE Three Houses DLC, Final Fantasy 7 Remake pt 2, etc) I am not saying it’s confirmed, but I THINK THE BANOOCA IS COMING

@@NuiYabuko I don't really understand your criticism, it's not just the matter of having "a bunch of trailers in one vid" as opposed to a single trailer on its own, it's the hype that surrounds Directs, it makes even the smallest games seem more important and exciting than they would be otherwise. The presentation of Directs (at least up until 2019) made watching what were essentially advertisements so much fun, this sterile way of just dropping trailers whenever is eroding away at that fun factor that came with Nintendo for so long, but as we've seen the past year or so, they truly don't seem to care about that fun factor anymore, they may as well just be another games company that makes slightly better games now.
