If something looks simple then theres a lot of thought and work gone into it by people who know what they are doing. The JHS bike is the best example of that I've seen for a while. And to be competing at the sharp end- think you've still got it, and more to the point still want to be at the front. You'll be swapping notes with Mr rossi shortly. And these do well in endurance, and you did the 125 endurance. Come on, with you boothy and baron theres got to be a 44teeth team next season

Get well soon Al. Do the rehab exercises. I've hit both diesel and coolant on the road before. Instant low side. Not fun but managed to walk away. Mountain bikes are what did me in. Broken leg, dislocated shoulder, hyper flexed knee... three different crashes. Limped away from those.

I've never raced or been on a race track. Went to watch the races at Snetterton once back in the late 70's when I was working offshore in the North Sea. Had a Norton Commando back then. Been to Laguna Seca a couple of times too. Wicked track, that one.

Damn same thing happened to me, I was smashing in b group on my first track day(instructors bumped me up) and doing really well and someone had crashed minutes before and they didn’t get all the oil off I walked out physically well off just sore but mentally crushed🥴 I put a lot of hand grease into that r6 it’s my daily driver too, slowly but surely will get it back to working order on an army paycheck 😭
