CRASH DIETING RUINED MY LIFE | A Warning

This is a sit down video where I just wanted to talk to you guys about how Crash dieting has ruined my health and life in the long run.
I have done a ton of crash diets in my lifetime in order to lose weight and in the search to become more and more healthy. In the search for more health, i decided to do many different diets to lose weight and get healthier.
With each diet that I did, I lost weight - gained it back afterwards and started spiraling into orthorexic tendencies and KILLED my metabolism in the process. I also developed gallstones and ended up needing my gallbladder to be removed. After getting my gallbladder out I have had numerous stomach issues and have had massive pain because of it.
I am just trying to warn you of what happened to me and hopefully try to make sure you don't make the same mistakes I did. If you are going to lose weight, do it the HEALTHY way! Do it slowly over time. Make sure you are doing it the recommended way - Make good choices, exercise, don't be an extremist like I was - it made my life SO much worse.
