Welcome to our next installment of Crash's Scratch-build Club! Our project for 2013 is a Rogallo wing aircraft that meets my "QSC" criteria (Quick to build, Simple build methods incorporated, and Cheap!).
In this fifth video of the series, we cut out the sail and attach it to the sail frame!
Please note that this plane draws from some of the design elements of a great KIT that is currently on the market. If you don't want to scratch-build this plane along with me, but still want to enjoy flying a Rogallo wing aircraft, please head on over to BLAC.NET (Bob's Little Airplane Company) where you can buy a kit similar to what I am constructing here.
You can listen to (or subscribe to in iTunes) my podcast where we'll be discussing this project over the next few weeks at www.TheCrashCast.com . I will also be putting all of the videos and written information (including PDF templates) at my show's support page - AllThingsCrash.com
