On my third flight with the DJI Avata 2 I think I may have destroyed it by breaking the gimbal, I even managed to shatter the ND filter on the lens at the time.
It all happened as I was flying the Avata 2 in sports mode at top speed and I just clipped a tree causing the drone to bounce off the branch sideways in a crazy drift which rapidly turned into a vicious spin and the end result was a badly damaged gimbal.
The gimbal was jammed in position when I got to it and through a bit of manipulation I managed to get it sort of back in position but that was when my problems really started :-)
