I was the player playing catsith chaos round 5, the second game I opened double max, double veiler, warning and catsith. So it was kinda the bricky hand and I didn't want my rai-oh(the only good card on my field to die to a mirror) the second maxx on the tour was my way of hoping to draw better cards 😂 and when I had unicore I hoped so hard to draw a spell/trap to set but I wasn't that lucky. Game one I tried to show him some of my cards like legacy of yata to bait him into siding worse in game 2 but it kinda didn't work either.

Yeah that’s definitely a problem with fabled chaos. Catsith requires a discard outlet . Good thing TGU can get kushano

playing ravine in dragons is useless if you go old school with the rest of the deck. masked dragons are too slow, Koaki meiru drago is not as impactful with modern Tengu format because the decks are varied more and arent all Light/Dark. Back in OG Tengu, everyone was running chaos decks and Agents so Koaki put in work for me and got me a top with an invite to Nats. But i noticed in modern iteration its too slow and useless most of the time, same with masked dragons. I go Turbo build now with white stone and a lot of draw power. Faster Dump for GYs and you draw into your power spells faster etc. Also this Dragon player is making bad choices

That’s a good point. I’m glad you’re able to top when tengu meta was more focused on plants and chaos agents. Nowadays there’s a lot of earth based decks such as x saber, tg, and even karakuri so I can understand Drago being less. I’d definitely tech at least 1 in for the Gorz and Trag though.
