You should do the Three Sisters Marathon this summer! Climbing all of the Three Sisters in a day, ~16mi ~10k vert I believe. Sort of the Oregon equivalent of one of those long ridge link-ups you tend to do. Seems like the kind of thing you'd be into, would make a great video!

I don’t ski. Your channel came up from the algorithm from watching cross country ski stuff. I watch you occasionally since last winter. As skiers you made the right choice. I was in Crater Lake in the mid 1970's on a day when there was absolutely no wind, the sky was completely clear, and there was even more snow than you found. Standing on the rim you could tell up from down. Very weird feeling...but fun.

Last time I was in Crater several years ago, a massive wildfire was encroaching. They close the road and had us exist through the backside of the park. What a contrast in experience. Beautiful video work. You guys should go ski the Steens Range, Fields Station has a good milkshake.

Glad to see you guys made it out to Oregon. We love to ski Crate Lake all winter here for the same reasons you did....safe and beautiful. You guys should definitely come back in the summer and run the 7 high points route around the lake. Awesome way to see every angle and get a big ~28mi day in. My friends and I In Arizona love watching your videos. Keep it up. Might I suggest a hike in Arizona especially during the winter while the Desert still has great weather. First the Flatiron trail via siphon draw leading into the superstition mountains. From flatiron peak (Best view of the Phoenix Valley) you have access to hundreds of miles of some of the roughest unforgiving wilderness area that's beauty will blow your socks off. You have never seen country like this. Maybe we will join you if you would like. Love the channel keep it up.
