I’m amazed by how well this film was shot! The detail about the drink she received from the guy at the start not being drank compared to the scene where she took her drink immediately is so cute.

@@billynchian398 You have great potential as a director and you earned a fan here, keep going! Also, I was wondering if you ever considered a possible part 2 to this film? Or is it supposed to be left with this ending for a more open interpretation?

Such a beautiful film, as a saphic woman I felt that I've lived this before, feeling a connection with another girl but not acting on my feelings because they feel attracted to someone of the opposite gender... it's tragic, but that's life, no happy endings just one tragedy after another 😅 I liked it a lot, I'm sure you'll have a bright future in thai cinema and when you're famous I'll tell my friends: "Ah, I followed their career since their thesis film" Lots of love from Mexico 🇲🇽❤️🇹🇭

I can’t find the words to express my gratitude for your praise. Receiving such positive feedback, especially from an international audience, gives me tremendous encouragement to work in the film industry. To be honest, as a director, I’m just a ‘man’ who wanted to explore the beauty of women’s love stories. In the beginning, I was worried that the perspective of the film might come across as male gaze or male fantasy. But I chose to engage with people, research sapphic perspectives from those close to me, and that’s how the film you watched came to be. As a man, I deeply respect all LGBTQ+ and see them as something truly beautiful. Thank you Mexico from Thailand 🇲🇽🇹🇭❤🙌

everything is perfect 😭; i could relate to Aem situation, it so heartbreaking to realized that you will never be loved by your bestfriend as more than friends. i hope this video gets million views so we can get a part 2 (i will watch this every day). salute to the film production and to the actresses, they portray the characters really well and their acting is top-notch. eventhough they don't have any physical interaction, their eyes and smiles really shows their amazing chemistry. ❤❤❤
21:46 This part really warms my heart, the ambience of the shot feels like we’re part of the film, the cozy clouds feels like past 6 PM and you’re still in campus -- that’s what it feels like, It resonates with me a lot. I love how they made this short film! The story, angle, shots, everything feels like I’m on youtube premium (aka Netflix). Kudos to whoever made this, you guys are amazing!! ❤ You deserve all the praise for your hard work!

As a film making enthusiast first of all I'm loving the cinematography, the color grading, camera angle argh so much. I love the details between 3:45 and 20:35 of the drinks, their eye contacts like it also affect us, the viewers though there's nothing much of going on or dialogue but the actress executed the scenes pretty well. they're awkwardly well made (in a good way tho, it's not forced one❤). Everything in this short film is a masterpiece🫶 I hope someday I aspire to be one just like you a great cinematographer and a director.
Such a beautifully shot film, the subtle details in every action, just feels so natural, the ways these characters were brought to life, is just perfect. Thank you so much for making this film, love from India

Congratulations on a beautifully shot and directed film. I loved that you left a lot of space for the tension to exist. Really well done. Also, I found it interesting when Plearn says she isn't interested in having children - already placing herself on the other side of societal/cultural norms... just one more small step; stupid bus. :)

This was an incredible film, great job to the entire team and to the actresses for managing to convey a multitude of emotions especially towards the end when they're just standing side by side silently; the tension was palpable and I loved the subtle mannerisms and body language of the two that successfully illustrated the words unspoken that were gradually building up. (Un)fortunately, the taxi came before one of them could snap and acknowledge the unresolved tension between them. I also liked the detail of the drink as mentioned by another comment - she left it full when she received it from the boy but from the girl, she immediately accepts it. The latter was of particular interest to me because both girls' drinks were half full at the end of it and I'm not sure if that was done on purpose but I couldn't help but muse about how it sort of shows that they balance each other out like I cannot help but interpret it as both parties' mutual acceptance of SOMETHING. Anyway, I'm rambling but yeah this was really amazing! Thanks for putting out something that really captures the queer experience of becoming close to a friend and eventually having to navigate complex feelings of attachment and endearment to them. It brings back memories of a friend that I've decided to slowly but surely distance myself from because of all the unnecessary, complicated feelings that come along with being close to her, especially when she's clearly in denial and dealing with internalised homophobia. I hope one day that it becomes easier for people like me and for people like her and for people like the two girls in this movie; we all deserve to love and be loved as who we are.

Thank you for noticing the small details in my film. To be honest, this movie contains a lot of subtext that I intentionally included to weave in deeper content, so it wouldn’t appear to be just a love story. I’m deeply touched whenever viewers notice the subtext within the film because it shows me that they watched it with understanding and profound attention. I’m open to all your critiques and happy to use them to improve my work in future. Love is still a beautiful thing, regardless of gender. I hope you find a wonderful love. Peace. ❤️🙌

The actors all performed exceptionally well, and the storyline was really captivating. The cinematography and visual work were also very impressive. However, there's one thing I'm curious about: what was the significance of the glass containing the red-colored drink?
