The good black men are with beautiful white women these days. This show was from back in the 90s and the black men in the audience you can see were trying to give them the answers to the test but they refused to listen. Now here in 2017 the percentage of brothers marrying white women has gone up dramatically as black women have refused to exhibit the qualities that black men desire in a woman.

Well let's look at a few things: the majority of black women friendzones and take advantage of good black men while for the most part choose guys since good men are boring. So good black men felt tired of being used and emotionally betrayed by their own women. Thus have to go outside the race to find some love and appreciation. I know how black women go through alot of hell but still doesn't give them the right to take their defensive rage out on the world. So if you want to attract good black, you must be on a peaceful and tranquil state of mind.

Hispanic women do the same in middle school, high school and even college they are quick to put good Hispanic men like me into the friend zone, ignore me and just plain don't want anything to do with me for Papi Chulo lady man types and thug types since we are dorks, nerds, and "acting white" and we good Hispanic men can put up with so much that we get tired of getting treated like shit by our women we do like good black men and look elsewhere with women of other races like white, Asian, middle eastern and even black women then when Antonio broke your heart and cheated on you with multiple women and left you on your own with his three kids that are his own that he doesn't want to take care of or acknowledge then you want a good Hispanic man. Don't get me wrong I sort of feel bad for them but, at the same time I don't for the guy you decided to call your beau and the woman because, her mom probably told her not to, her dad probably told her not to, her teachers told her not to, her community but, like always young people never listen and now that you are older you are paying the consequences for your actions and I don't owe these women anything just because, you have a "golden vagina and boobs".

I have no earthly idea who told these black women that rolling your head and eyes are a sign of "A Strong Black Woman". Who put this garbage out?? That couldn't be furthest from the truth. What makes a sista strong is the things she endured in her journey, whether it's raising her kids alone, earning a post-secondary degree, helping her younger siblings, still loving herself after a bad break-up, going thru hell in this life, being over-looked for a promotion and watching a white high school educated chic get it when you know she's not qualified, yet still come to work everyday and keep trying, being looked over by a brotha b/c you're too dark, overweight, or hair too short and yet still striving to keep your self-esteem in tact, being torn down by white society as a tertiary standard of beauty, being labeled as 'needy' b/c you're struggling, or being labeled as 'intimidating' and 'not needy enough' b/c you dared to go and get a college education, being treated like a 'booty call' by broathas even when you carry yourself with high standards and still remain humble and approachable, and the list goes on. THAT'S WHAT MAKES A STRONG BLACK WOMAN. Strength has NOTHING to do with having a Nasty and Bad Attitude. That's just a woman needing an attitude adjustment and no man- black or white, should have to deal with someone who is hard to get along with - Life is hard enough without having to come home everyday to a person who acts like a raging bull. ijs.

Thanks for that reply. I understand where you're coming from my friend. But, I think that many women 'don't' talk about those things you've mentioned b/c they're not things valued by our messed up, jacked up American society. (i.e. being educated, beautiful, strong, etc are valued) And if you ask the average black man what he wants in a 'wife' he will say at least 2 out of 3 of these things I mentioned as a 'requirement' of a "qualified woman" to marry. So, you see, many black women are given the impression that this is what black men and society want in a black woman as well. But let's not forget, we also go get educated to be able to financially support our families, kids, or/and ourselves. I'm sure if you ask some black women they can tell you the many, many sacrifices they've made in honor of helping their child/children, or parents, or siblings, or self. (But, they don't mention it, b/c the first thing many people will say is "So, that's what you "suppose" to do - what's the big deal??") It's not considered a sacrifice to them - Sadly, you get no props for those things. But, the moment you say...I went and got my college education, I'm degreed, I am a doctor now, I have my own home, I can hold my own....THEN and only then, sadly, we are applauded, praise, and counted as 'valuable' to the world and to our brothas. It's so sad. (But, I still see your point to brotha)

Keeping a man is all about the generation you were born in, some black women weren't taught properly when it comes to keeping a man. It's generational and it usually starts between the ages of 5-28.

On a real tip tho, the whole thing with black men and black women is over. No, it doesn't. But, she's a TV Reporter already. That's what she does for a living. So, yes she is in front of a tv camera. And what I mean about "on her level" is for her to find a brotha who can understand where she is coming from and be able to be in sync with her personality. They can conversate as if they've been knowing each other for years. You know, they just mesh well. That's all I meant. Now, for the so-called man who knows his weight in gold or salt - All I've seen lately it that for these cats no black woman is good enough for him b/c many of them marry white women. What are the qualities of a head strong black sister? When I hear head strong, I think stubborn, combative, non cooperative, etc. No man, especially a successful man wants to deal with that. He wants a woman that brings him peace because if he's successful, then he's out competing everyday.
