I personally interpreted Bandit looking sad as a tragic past coming back to haunt him and how when he threw his feelings out at sea, it made him feel better. What can I say? I'm very skeptical about the various theories surrounding Bluey from fans and honestly, I don't believe them without direct confirmation in the cartoon itself. I've heard some fan theories about Bluey and some of them are too inappropriate and unfit for a preschool cartoon, they seem more like theories from an adult animated series.
