@Flaze07, While not a possessor of vast knowledge. They idea about sacrificing is that you gain something in exchange which is the whole point behind a good chess players sacrifice. That is why it is called a sacrifice and not losing a piece. Losing a piece is your piece getting captured because you blundered. A sacrifice is you giving a peace in exchange for something important. Usually activity or a mate or whatever is appropriate at the time.

Whenever I play a game, I always set up my knights facing in opposite directions. LOL, I love the Hippo so much! Glad to see it can play the human element even with very strong players. It's very easy to blunder against the Hippo, and it's a position that pays very little attention to the opponents opening moves. You have to watch for a very small number of attacking ideas, and your opening lines change very little. Super easy to play and not so easy to play against, though in theory play it's a position that plays for a draw (not always a bad idea as black).

I've seen comments suggesting that at 11:09, black should attempt to fork the white queen by placing his knight on c2, but this would be a mistake, because of Rook to b1. However, I think this would make a barnburner of an ending and would make for a great game. I'm a poor player, but I would love to play white against somebody in this position. In fact, I would enjoy playing a number of variations of this ending. Such a great game, maybe my favorite, thank you for posting and for your expert commentary.
