I worked in a prison for over 20 years and we had inmates that would batter their faces against the wall just before paroling so it looked like they were beat up when they were let out of prison. They then sue the prison system and because the prison just wants to get rid of them, they always settle with the cash amount. It’s a big game that these guys play. This guy is doing the same thing.
