I think we have right around 30,000 here: our kids were HORRIBLE humans after they were over 18- they learned us that way AND we drove taxi 2 years so the rest learned us that way! My husband WAS a bad boy and back in the day all those cops knew him on sight bcuz he was .....bad! Based on the charges before the chase he actually did not do anything they could charge him with so the police decided to initiate a highspeed chase on somebody in a residential area to catch a suspect who was not an immediate threat and that resulted in the death of a bicyclist. I understand that its fun for these officers but i don't want their fun to put people in danger. If the police had hit a bicyclist instead they would have received no punishment.

That’s not the kind of Police officers we need. She should be a meter maid or something.
