yeah. that's why i love storming man. when your opponent doesn't expect it, it hits so hard. but to be fair, this storming in particular had more value than every storming i ever played combined. bounce double teardrop, link 3 link 4 and mudan just letting him have a mudan with no search while petal being banished... that was some 24 karat golden mirror force.

Drowning also has this same effect. Nothing funnier than watching someone combo, go through damn near half their deck/extra to set up a board... Only to drowning it. It's only happened to me once, but if you do it twice, you get the secret ending where they rage quit XD

I played every type of plant I could when I first started playing yugioh a year ago. I tried rikka, aromage, sylvan, and everything in between. I eventually made a deck that could get synchros and links with my aroma cards, and it was the best time I’ve ever had in yugioh.

This is my go to set up. Jasmine pointing to Aromage Marjoram + Aromaseraphy Sweet Marjoram is about as good as it gets for Aroma's. The only out is non-target destruction effects and Kaiju's

Right? Aroma is chain heavy tho. If you have a full board of Aroma's and you gain LP it's a 6 chain instantly. Plus it's great because you're opponent can only activate an effect at the end so most of your effects still go through. Weak-ish deck but they'll fight to the end every time

This was the MOST INSANE game I've seen in AGES! THIS is the YuGiOh I've loved since I was a whelp and CONSTANTLY wish was more common. Just back and forth insanity with decks that have as little disregard for "meta" as possible. Oh, what I would give to have been in the same room as these duelists. Can't even begin to imagine the amount of energy they must have been giving off behind their respective screens.

As a die-hard fan of "Aromarikkavalon... Generaider" (Mardel > Boss stage = Harr > Regulus, cause I'm based) this was a treat to watch For Rikka player if it wasn't stingy and actually (crafted &) summoned pink tree, then tributing Benghalancer to pop 4 would won the game (Aroma really needs the backrow) For Aroma.. While I respect the pure version, there's a reason why Sunvine sowing speed up the game for Rikka... Loci engine is solid, even for stuff like Predap, not to mention Aroma Jar is a one use only, since can't be recycled and revive with Blessed winds is useless (Respect for holding the ground without the best trap of the deck) Aroma could had won turns ago with better choices (banishing Petal faster, putting Marjoram on attack to hold Mardel, pressure Benghalancer by attacking first, then setting a card, or tribute summon with Laurel since no LP to return Bergamot to hand), but wouldn't be as long as this was... Wacky deck building my @&#, this makes things more entertaining... Wall of thorns < Drowning Mirror force

Man, I can't wait for the new Rikka Solo mode to dupe me into pulling for that deck. Aroma is one of my F2P decks in Duel Links, but without the Synchro that searches the "Winds" cards it can feel bricky at times. I should try out a Master Duel build of it one of these days, though I'd probably get wrapped up in going after Therion and Sunavolon stuff if I did and haven't been too interested in the full Plant Combo line.

when i first got master duel last duel, i put everything into aromages, and even made it somewhat competitively viable. i crafted 3 ash blossoms and an effect vailer for the deck, and even had stuff like borroload sword dragon, with the synchro level 2 formula synchro, for even crazier synchro plays, while also playing other plant type monsters to support the aromage archetype.

Once aromage had the continuous spell card on field it was over. This card is insane: Gain 1000 LP when you summon an aromage (it triggers their effect) and if your opponent attacks when having more hp you can special summon from deck (triggering the LP gain)... Tikka has the xyz 8 for them but aromage is objectively better.

Don’t SLEEP on my Aromage. Pair Child’s Play (gain LP when opponent summons monster), dried winds (destroy a monster when you gain LP), and Sweet Marjoram (destroy any card when gaining LP), and you can keep their board clear.

there is one sliht problem. all aroma gain LP effects are either soft OPT or hard OPT. and childs play will force all your effects go off on first summon. you wanna get LP, but you wanna control when it's best to gain LP :D
