When I was about to rescue Squirt, my Shih Tzu, I called my groomer because I had never had a dog that required grooming on a regular basis. My groomer said, "I charge $___ for the groom. If you bring the dog in matted, I charge more up to double. If you bring the dog in matted a second time, you will be looking for a different groomer." I have a great relationship with this straight-shooter. Squirt loves her so much. BOOBER IS ADORABLE!

That face and hair is making me feel it's possible that his mixed with a Bichon/ Maltese - Poodle or a COCKAPOO - BICHON mix😂. Some where down them lines, I do home grooming on the side . Also I do again with everything you mentioned about tipping. It really takes a lot of patience and love for the furry one's 😅.

Boober is beautiful. I love his mud bath look..... Shows he is full of fun. His groom was fantastic, his coat and markings stunning. He is sparkly white. I loved him the most when you had dried him and all of that gorgeous fluffy hair. That big fluffy ass suited him so much. His Natural look definitely matches his personality. His groom makes him look older and more responsible. Somehow I think he won't change his behaviour to match his new look. Thank you for sharing boober with us x

Amazing styling! Have you watched “grooming safer”? This is actually her signature cut. Short body , longer scissored legs. Looks gorgeous and avoids “stick legs”. I would have put an elastic in that top knot …. And…to get the Teddy bear face the chin should be short but some people…;). Loved this video🐶❣️

What a sweet dog !!! Oh my gosh yes....... some breeders are shocking , they will tell you anything to get that money! I only groom one dog - mine - and he is a pekingese in full coat and hell- you have No Play time when doing grooming ......let alone the number of dogs you must groom in a day . Matts...... You have to brush your dog Everyday to have a matt free dog . If you don't want to do that - don't get a long haired dog. Its a hard job doing matts!!! Its exhausting to really groom a dog and I bet you are super tired at the end of you day!!!

No that's not a poodle. I raised poodles, his face is all wrong for a poodle. But god love his little he's a good baby no matter what the breed. You did a wonderful job on his groom. And style on a dog can change up on some dogs. At least he's getting groomed and he's lovely 😍

I can't understand why you bath first just to cut the clean coat off. Why not cut first. Takes less product and then the drying is faster.

Well, with the amount of dirt and mud on him, I don't understand why I would clip him first. A blade does not go through a dirty coat as well as a clean coat. It struggles really bad, it makes the blade extremely hot much quicker, and it also DESTROYS your blades. Also, because he gets a longer length, you never wanna take that through a dogs coat covered in mud. I don't know who told you it makes the process quicker and takes less product it definitely does not especially if the dog is caked in mud. I love the process that I do with my clients and my clients love it too

I never seen anybody shampoo as many times as you do. Will this not dry out their skin? It’s too bad they don’t make smaller clippers for small dogs paw pads. It looks so awkward. I liked him before you cut his legs shorter. They were cute and fluffy. Probably more practical shorter but not as cute. Put this scissors away. You’ve done a great job but getting to short for the owner’s wishes.

Not if you’re using conditioner and I build a two and one so there is conditioner in that bottle as well as shampoo. I also had to wash him multiple times because he was so dirty. So, if I’m washing to make sure he is clean and you said you’ve never seen that before, then…..

I ensure all my dogs are clean whether I have to wash them once or twice. I’ve had a dog I had to wash three times. I make sure my dogs are squeaky clean ☺️😉
