Can I mix the dough in my bread maker instead of the mixer

I worked at Little Caesar’s for about 5 years. This recipe is very close. We add flake salt to the Parmesan cheese to give it the sharpness you find in the store.

I love and use your tip about using your IP to proof dough. I discovered that it is even easier if I pour the dough out onto parchment paper first and then drop that into my IP to rise (so no need to spray and wash the pot!). Once risen, I just pull the parchment paper with dough out and lay it on my cookie sheet.

@briannashaye873910 ай бұрын
When I worked for LC it was a bag of tomato sauce, water and Italian seasoning . I think it will work if u get a spaghetti sauce you like maybe add tomato paste and then add the rest. Season to taste
@QueenMary.A.L10 ай бұрын
@briannashaye8739 thank you but I ended up making my own and canned it. It was tomato puree, water, Italian seasoning and garlic. I think that was all I put in it.

I made these today and followed your instructions as well as using the IP for faster rising. Turned out great and thank you for sharing!! Although, just curious...is the dough supposed to be thick? Mine felt like a loaf of bread lol, but it was still delicious! Also, can I add garlic to the dough before baking?
@CookingwithKarli4 жыл бұрын
I'm so glad you enjoyed the recipe. You can add some garlic if you want. Or just add some to the butter that you put on the top. Should work great. Thanks and great job!

I’m obsessed with crazy bread and I made this recipe and unfortunately it didn’t taste the same as the real thing. Definitely needed more garlicy/salty taste. But maybe that was my fault! Maybe I need the same brand of butter with the same salt content and the same brand of Parmesan! However, the bread came out amazing and fluffy and the recipe was easy to follow! My dough came out very very nice! My dad loved it regardless!

You can try to mix seasoning of salt, Parmigiano Regianno and garlic powder to intensify flavors. Also can experiment more with infusing melted butter/oil with real garlic or brush on smashed baked garlic. Extra salt did the most for me and took me very long to figure it out. You can also blend Parmigiano Regianno with Pecorino Romano to increase salt levels.

What if you don’t have a mixer?

You can do this with hand mixing, but it will make your arms sore, it is a workout.
