Unbelievable value deal there Andrew & Laura. Thanks for the great vlog as always. Canaries stiil doing complimentary honey rum shots i see, luvly jubly. I was in Cardiff over the weekend for Wales v New Zealand rugby match. Was ripped off rotten throughout the weekend. Like £6.50 a lousy Lager, £2.60 at a train station kiosk for a small mars and a kit kat. Meal prices were shockingly dear at poor to average decor restaurants and the weather was wet and awful to cap. No wonder ppl keen and eager to go abroad again. UK should be careful we may price ourselves out with foreign tourists. rant over....

Incredible value!! As a comparison, we were in a restaurant in Belfast last night and it was 88 quid for the two of us. Rump steak mains, shared starter and shared dessert. Bottle of wine and I'd 2 or 3 bottles of beer. You have it good over there!! You'd have loved the starter last night, BTW - soda bread with garlic and melted cheese. Outstanding!!

Great value for 8.5 Euros, I stayed at the H10 Gran Tinerfe in Sept which is nearly next door to Bora Bora never ate there as I was all inclusive but went in there a few times for a pint & have to say the service was always very friendly.

Great little restaurant, the Squid is amazing and even though not on the 8.50 deal, it's still great value. Full English breakfast was only about 3 euro too. Service is quick (they keep prices low by flipping the tables as quickly as they can), and the Filipino girl on Service is absolutely lovely too. There's a little place just next to that beach that does take away large pizza slices at lunch for 1 euro - great if your with the kids.

Was in there last Thursday with family, cheapest 3 course .It was very busy when we were there staff are great and work very hard .€1 euro lager is good . We had the steak , wasn't the biggest or the tastiest, however for the price,3 courses did the job . Beautiful location also .Longing to back already .First visit to Tenerife last week and❤️it , hopefully returning very soon .

Our fave chill out place is those rocks in front of Bora Bora but we've never actually been in there. I think on our next visit to Tenerife we will definitely be trying the €8-50 menu, looked amazing, thankyou for showing us these value menues, enjoy the vlogs very much.xx

I reckon you and Laura travelled to the Bora Bora in the Tardis back to 1990 lol those prices are amazing. I have not been in there for many a year but I wouldn't be surprised if it was the exact same menu card looking at how much it all cost, just goes to show you how much some of the other places are making if they can do a three course meal for that price.

For €8.50 for 3 courses is very good and to be fair the food looked good , my only concern would be the speed at which they want you in an out , which is totally understandable as they need volume at those prices . That said you can't complain about the food , service and price , great vlog again 👍🏻

Can't recommend 8Pier in Playa de la vistas beach enough. (Between Las Americas/Los Cristianos)Great food, great staff and atmosphere. Where it sits there's a few on either side of it but we really enjoyed eating here even though we were All Inc. The chicken skewer seem a favourite which the missus had and still goes on about it now lol

Love your blogs. Been out there myself many times in the early 2000s and 2010s . It's like looking at an old friend when you go past my old haunts. Anyway at long last I have convinced my family to get out there in March. 3 adults and 4 grandchildren. Looking at Palm Beach hotel because it's so close to my favourite Troya beaches. But we will want to do Siam waterpark and Loropark. Can you suggest if a combined ticket is available and maybe suggested hotels. Anyway, keep striding xx

Most of these are ran by Chinese families, they work in the restaurants themselves and work hard and do long hours by their own choice..if they do have staff then they are paid a fair wage and get tips..
