No plates, no face, no case... If you can get away from road pirates, then DO IT. I've literally been followed to my driveway by a motorcycle cop that I didn't see after ditching the first unit by like miles... I had a forward out, so I took it and ditched his ass too... They literally had my address, had my name after they talked to the neighbors and therefore they knew everything about me... But guess what they didn't have... They didn't have plates or a face so they couldn't do a f*cking thing except stalk my house for the next month 😂 But hey if anyone ever does stop, or get caught, when you go to sign the ticket, or the booking papers in jail... Just write WITHOUT PREJUDICE UCC1-308 above your signature. And as long as you didn't cause harm or property damage to anyone else, then there was NO CRIME. Trust me, look it up, it's legit. I've used it

More like a handful of ridiculous indictments, a couple days in jail, a bomd hearing, and the impounding of their bikes...Those "tickets", you mention are often more $ than their bikes are worth...They would be stopped/extorted redardless...Thousands of normal riders get ticketed for not breaking any laws daily. Many bikers don't run, but understand why they do...

TOO ALL OFFICERS: If you are like the man in the first video trying to stop a rider, HUG THEM! If this is allowed it prevents their arms from controlling the bike and there’s little to no chance that they will be willing to even try to take off. I don’t know the law, but as young riders we’d watch videos and see who could stop the other one the best. As my friend was smaller and much quicker than me I used my size to ‘strangle’ his riding capacity. Don’t ever try and fight a 100+ hp bike, you will LOOSE! Trying for our keys just makes you look desperate. You can get the keys once you’ve forced his elbows to his ribs, but this will most certainly stop someone from taking off.
