Uhh, no. They can charge you with whatever they want. As long as you do not cause injury or loss to another man, woman, or child, you can demand that they prove you were "driving" and guess what - they can't, because they would need evidence that you were transporting passengers, property (other than your own) for compensation. Driving is a commercial activity. If you are just riding around, you are traveling. Freely traveling over the face of the earth is a right granted to man by God. No government of man can restrict it or "license" it. 9/10 times they will drop the charges. Also, if you ever are arrested (which is common) on "traffic" statutes you can tender your "DRIVERS LICENSE" in lieu of bail if you happen to have one. This means you do not need to pay bail in cash. You need to state this up front and tell the cop that you are depositing your license in lieu of bail, and that you need them to mark it on the ticket or docket.

Just like if i were racing down the road, and road raging with someone, if you call them in, and say they are speeding, but you are also going their same speed, us both would be at fault for reckless driving, or speeding, ect... but a cop can chase you as crazy as they want, and they aren't seen at fault?... how can people really be on cops sides, when they do more harm that the "suspects"
