Favorite DIY egg roll filling: Pastrami, Cole Slaw mix, and Garlic-Horseradish Aioli

One of my favorite egg rolls I have made had shredded pork, broccoli slaw mix, and bbq sauce. Sorta like a pork slider and bao bun. Also, for orange chicken, I love using Orange Marmalade instead of the juice of an orange and zest. No sugar needed to be added to it. Mixed with red pepper flake, soy sauce, rice vinegar, miran, and a bit of veg oil. The marmalade is already so sticky it coats the chicken wonderfully.

I have the Ninja Foodi air fryer oven thing. It's amazing. Air fryer , convection oven, toaster, broiler all in one. Oh and it dehydrates as well. The air fry function is incredible. No tiny weird shaped basket. It's big but folds upright to save counter space. I also have not used my toaster since I bought it as it makes the most perfect toast ever.

This episode inspired me to make eggrolls with Thanksgiving leftovers. Diced Turkey, Stuffing, and corn - air fried - and dipped in hot gravy and/or cranberry sauce. Delicious! Guest said it was the best part of the day:)

Air fryers are so great during the summer when you don’t want to heat up the kitchen. These recipe tips are great and easy to make also, leftover turkey is a great alternative in eggrolls I think it’s actually better than chicken pork or shrimp✌🏻👍🏻

I sometimes stuff eggrolls with leftover fried rice that I've made. Add a little stirfried cabbage and wrap it up. It's amazing and I've never seen anyone or restaurant do it.

My family always uses leftover Turkey from thanksgiving to make egg rolls. It’s great with smoked Turkey in particular. I think you have to go a little heavier on sauce on veggies tho because turkey can get really dry if not.

My spouse absolutely abhors carrots and most things veggie. Which makes cooking fun because I love all the veggies and lots of them! As far as egg roll fillings, I like a cabbage filling over the broccoli slaw. All delicious though.

Best eggroll is cheesecake and caramel sauce topped with powdered sugar when they come out. Del Taco makes some but they are small and dont have powdered sugar.
