THIS IS GREAT STUFF!! I drive my family CRAZY because I keep all sorts of random things for my succulent and tillandsia displays... I use old grill screens, weird ashtrays(love the vintage hanging ceramics), old light fixtures, BED PANS!, cake/cupcake holders, bits and parts of appliances, jewelry displays, curtain rods and finials, OLD METAL FAN CAGES, toys, ornaments, shoe racks!!! You name it, I probably have used it or have it in my garage "To be determined" pile!! 🤣🤣

I LOVE the square planter at 5:40, the white color and the white rock, really sets off the interesting contrast of colors in the plants, wow! Very pleasing to the eye - like a yummy succulent fruit salad! ha ha

I watched this video and thought i have a roll of wire, i need to do something with it. I am a junker and have had an antique mall for 30 hears. I see all sorts of stuff. Like my potting stand is a stainlees steel burnt out old webber grille. Exact size of a bag of potting soil. I digress. I went to the local flea market and the owner had an upright rolling wire display with 20 shelves. Wait for it, she wanted it gone and it is on my patio, free, and everywhere i could wire one of the shelves, i did. It's not as attractive as your patio but it will work here in Waxahachie, Texas. Love your videos!!

this doesnt get old Liz, you have the best ideas and beautiful plants I can admire. I really appreciate your ingenuity and the knack of making things upcycled. I am a hoarder, addict and shopaholic for succulents. I would say I have spent money I dont even have and it is now soooo overwhelming, i am not sure what to do if I will keep going or just tidy them up lessen the collection to where it is manageable. If you ever want to do a segment on how to fix and teach a hoarder via-live, use me, I need your expertise.

I stopped smoking September 25, 2014. In 2016, I started buying succulents or should I say I discovered succulents and they're not cheap. At first, I justified buying succulents by saying to myself that "I'm mainly buying this for the garden(I was landscaping at that time). At the same time, I started having the need to smoke again. To stop myself from buying cigarettes, I convinced myself to not feel guilty of buying succulents and just use the money I use to spend on cigarettes as my succulent buying fund. To this day, It has worked and there are days when I don't buy anymore succulents due to having succulents previously bought that I haven't put away. But I still save my "Cigarette fund" for future expensive succulent(rare) buys as a reward to myself.

I have been watching past videos over and over. Found one talking about needing herbs in the garden pests, and got me to thinking about aphids. A quick search on Google and ahha- aphids avoid coriander/cilantro! I'm going to try it and thought I'd pass along the idea.

Hi Soledad, Thanks very much for watching. You ask a very complex question. If I were to do a video on this, it would take at least an hour; but to simplify it in reply to your question. Echeveria and Graptopetalum are Genus of plants. For example Apples and Oranges. They are both fruit but are different GENUS and will have a lot of species like (Echeveria-Colorata, Elegans, Runyonii /APPLES-Granny smith, red delicious, Fuji as ex.); (Graptopetalum-Amethystinum, Paraguayense,filiferum, Pentandrum/Oranges-Navel, Valencia, Blood Orange as ex.). Pachyveria is a hybrid by crossing a Pachyphytum(GENUS) and Echeveria(GENUS). It's liken to breeding and apple and orange and coming up with APPRANGE/PACHYVERIA. Cheers
