I was there!! This video explains alot. I couldn't see it from my angle properly. All I heard was 'Oh my god' *runs off* and then everybody started chanting her name for her to come back onstage.

@valexsaurus The fan jumped down from a balcony at the stage and ran at Miley so the guard was right behind her and didn't really have time to see what the girl was doing. As the guard knocks the girl down her hand on Miley's shoulder moves to her neck and she pulls on it. So Miley didn't have time to figure out what the girl was doing, she just had her neck pulled and because one fan went on stage they wanted her gone in case others joined in. She continued the performance a while later.

@hellokittylover421 that wasn't a 10 year old little girl nor was it a "hug". A random stranger ran up behind her & was sort of pushed accidentally into her by security. She got really scared and she didn't run, the security guard pushed her and made her run.

The whole incident would have been just a bit more smooth if the guard wasn't that aggressive. Yes, strong and effective measures need to be taken to protect a VIP, but that guard just made everything worse.

The fans are not allowed on stage for a reason if you saw the crowd there are over a thousand fans and if they all believe they can get on the stage too and not have her panicking then they would think wrong. Though the girl did not appear to be attacking her she was still freaked out because if that girl got that close to her during a concert what about some other person that ment her harm getting that close. fans though not meaning to can hurt the stars that they love physically
